What’s your favorite exercise and why?
Squats in any form.  I know it sounds nerdy but there’s so much functionality that comes from being able to squat well.  Getting good at squats     makes you really good at a ton of athletic and every day life endeavors.


What’s your greatest accomplishment in the gym?
Helping people to do things they never thought they could.  The look on a person’s face when they finally get that pullup or a new PR on deadlift is almost addictive.  It’s also something that makes a person “bloom” in other aspects of their life.  When you see success in one aspect it builds the confidence to be successful in other aspects.

What’s your biggest athletic goal in the gym?
To walk on my hands for 30 feet.

What’s your biggest goal outside the gym?
To be a good dad.

What do you do on your rest days?
I spend as much time as I can with my wife and daughter.

  1. I’m looking at the groupon for fitness classes and found class times…do you change up the classes, or is there a schedule of what classes are are which times?
